Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited, without the prior written permission of EMBASSY SERVICE.

6.Responsability limitations.

Embassy Service acts as the publisher of the site. Embassy Service is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the published content .

Embassy Service can not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the Website https://embassy-service.fr,  and resulting either from the use of an equipment not meeting the specifications in point 4, either from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

7. Personal Data Management.

The customer is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communication, the law of June 21th 2014 for confidence in Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of Aug. 6th 2004 as well as the General Regulation on Data Protection (RGPD: n°2016-679).

7.1 Persons in charge of collecting of Personal Data

For the Personal Data collected as part of the creation of the user’s personal account and of his navigation on the site, the Person in charge of Personal Data process is : Embassy Service. Embassy Service is represented by Mrs Regine BRAEMS, its legal representative.

As the person responsible for the processing of the collected data, Embassy Service undertakes to comply with the legal provisions in force. It is up to the Customer to establish the purposes of these data processing, to provide its prospects and customers, from the collection of their consent, complete information on their personal data processing and to maintain a record of the processing according to reality. Whenever Embassy Service processes personal data, Embassy Service takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data with respect to the purposes for which Embassy Service processes them.

7.2 Purpose of the collected data

Embassy Service may process some or all the data :

  • to enable the navigation on the Site and the management and traceability of the benefits and services ordered by the User : login and use of the Site, invoicing, orders history, etc
  • to prevent and fight against computer fraud (spamming, hacking …) : computer hardware used for navigation, IP address, password (hash)

As soon as Embassy Service becomes aware of the death of a user and in the absence of instructions from the user, Embassy Service undertakes to destroy these data, except if their retention is necessary for probative purposes or to fulfill a legal obligation.

If the user wishes to know how Embassy Service uses his personal data, asks to correct or oppose their processing, the user can contact Embassy Service by writing to the following address :

In this case, the user must indicate the personal data he would like Embassy Service to correct, update or delete, by identifying himself precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).

Requests for the deletion of Personal Data will be subject to  the obligations imposed on Embassy Service by law, including the documents retention or archiving. Finally, the users of https://embassy-service.fr may file a complaint with the supervisory authorities, and in particular the CNIL (National Commission of computing and liberties) (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).

7.4 Non-communication of Personal Data

Embassy Service is prohibited from processing, hosting or transferring the information collected on its customers to a country located outside the European Union or recognized as “unsuitable” by the European Commission without informing previously the customer. However, Embassy Service remains free from the choice of its technical and commercial subcontractors on the condition they present the sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the General Regulation on Data Processing (RGPD : n°2016-679)

Embassy Service undertakes to take all necessary precautions in order to preserve the data security and in particular, that they are not communicated to non authorised persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Customer’s information is brought to the attention of Embassy Service, it shall inform the Customer as soon as possible and notify him the corrective measures taken. In addition, Embassy Service does not collect any “sensible data”.

The User’s personal data may be processed by Embassy Service affiliates and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively for the purposes of this policy.

Within the limit of their respective attributions and for the purposes mentioned above, the principal persons likely to have access to the Users data of https://embassy-service.fr are mainly the agents of our customer service.

8. Incident notification

Whatever efforts are made, no method of transmission on the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We can not therefore guarantee absolute security.
